REGISTRATION FOR 2023 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 

Registration is a three-part process:

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL 3 PARTS!

1.  Register:  Under age 19 Participant/Volunteer Register as a Participant or Age 19 and older Register as a Volunteer (must be  VIRTUS Compliant)
2.  Payment. Determine your family’s registration fee, then Pay On-line Registration Fee for all Participants/Volunteers under age 19 OR Pay by check/cash/money order: St. Timothy Parish Office, 13807 Poplar Tree Road, Chantilly, VA  20151.  Please make checks payable to St. Timothy Church (memo: VBS).    If you would like additional t-shirts for children not attending VBS, add $5 per shirt to your fee and email sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com the quantity and size of shirt(s).  
3.  Consent and Waiver. Sign and return VBS Consent and Liability Waiver Form (below) for all Children/Adult Participants to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com. FIRST Download the form and THEN fill it in. Click on “Download” Button.

EARLY BIRD Registration ends May 22.  After May 22, there will be an additional $10 fee per family.   Registration closes June 3.  No refunds will be made after May 25.
