Assembly & Potluck Party

VBS Camp Potluck Picnic and Assembly for the WHOLE FAMILY on Saturday, June 24 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.!

Potluck

We will provide hot dogs grilled by the St. Timothy Knights of Columbus and pulled pork sandwiches for the main course of the picnic.

Fun Stations

Our party’s fun stations, face painting, moon bounces, games, etc. are stationed by our VBS Teens and you, the parents. We need adult supervision at each station. We ask our campers’ parents to help us by staffing a thirty-minute shift at one of our fun stations. Sign up on Family Picnic Sign Up to volunteer.

Campers: 4 years (must be 4 on July 1 – no exceptions!) – 4th grade

Special Programming: 5th-6th grade

Student Volunteers: 7th – 12th grade

Cost: Early Bird until May 22
Additional $10/family after May 22

REGISTRATION OPENS March 1, AND CLOSES June 3.
No refunds issued after May 26.
