REGISTRATION FOR 2025 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DEADLINES:

Early Bird Registration until May 15, 2026 (additional $10 per family after May 16, 2026)

Final Registration Ends May 31, 2026.  (Sorry, t-shirts are ordered on June 1 and no exceptions can be made.) Refunds for cancellations until June 1.

FOR CAMPERS AGES 4 (BY AUGUST 1) THRU 6TH GRADE!

WE WILL ALSO NEED VOLUNTEERS:

CAMP COUNSELORS AGES RISING 7TH GRADE-12TH GRADE

ADULT SUPERVISORS ages 19 and over must be VIRTUS compliant.

Saint Timothy Catholic Church’s Vacation Bible School is ready for another exciting year!  Campers will experience four days (T-F) of faith, fun, and fellowship with other kids in their same age group.   Families are again invited to participate in the Family Picnic on Saturday, June 27.  This year’s theme will be TBD!

Tuesday, June 23-Friday, June 26, 2026 VBS Camp

8:45 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

 

Family Picnic, Saturday, June 27 10:00 am – 12:30 p.m. 

Cost:  Registration Fee includes all materials, camper t-shirt (to be worn every day), snacks, games, activities at family picnic.  Additional t-shirts for children not attending the camp can be purchased for $5. Contact sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com to order additional shirts.

Early Bird Registration until May 15, 2026 (additional $10 per family after May 16): $45 for first child and $40 for each additional child camper age 4 by August 1 (NO EXCEPTIONS) – 6th grade. Maximum cost per family $90.  Camp counselors (rising grades 7-12) fee of $10 for t-shirt and snacks.  Camp counselors will be counted in family totals.

Discount for Children of Parent Camp Volunteers and Employees of St. Timothy Church or School.  $30 for first child, $20 for additional children.  Maximum cost per family $50.

Registration Fee for Teen Assistants (grades 7-12) $10 (this registration fee counts toward family totals)

Registration Ends May 31.  Refunds for cancellations until June 15.
