Registration is a three-part process:

Register: 

Camper: Age 4 – rising 6th grader

Camp Counselor – rising 7th-12th graders (As part of the registration process, Camp Counselors and their parent(s) must download and sign the Camp Counselor Expectations and return it to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com.)

Adult Volunteer Age 19 and older (must be  VIRTUS Compliant)

Payment:

Determine your family’s registration fee (see side bar for fees), then Pay On-line Registration Fee for all Campers and Camp Counselors under age 19 OR Pay by check/cash/money order: St. Timothy Parish Office, 13807 Poplar Tree Road, Chantilly, VA  20151.  Please make checks payable to St. Timothy Church (memo: VBS).    If you would like additional t-shirts for children not attending VBS, add $5 per shirt to your fee and email sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com the quantity and size of shirt(s).  

Consent and Waiver:

First Download and then Sign and return VBS Consent and Liability Waiver Form (below) for all campers, camp counselors and adult volunteers to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com.

EARLY BIRD Registration ends May 31.  After May 31, there will be an additional $10 fee per family.   

Registration closes June 3.  Sorry, no registration after this date as all supplies need to be ordered.

No refunds will be made after June 2.
