REGISTRATION OPENS ON MARCH 1.

Registration is a three-part process:

1. Register: 

Camper: Age 4 (by August 1) – rising 6th grader Register at: https://kideventpro.lifeway.com/myEvent/?id=72651

Camp Counselor – rising 7th-12th graders Register at https://kideventpro.lifeway.com/myEvent/?id=72652

(As part of the registration process, Camp Counselors and their parent(s) must download and sign the Camp Counselor Expectations and return it to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com.)

Adult Volunteer Age 19 and older (must be  VIRTUS Compliant) Register at https://kideventpro.lifeway.com/myEvent/?id=72651

2. Payment:

Determine your family’s registration fee (see side bar for fees), then Pay On-line Registration Fee for all Campers and Camp Counselors under age 19 OR Pay by check/cash/money order: St. Timothy Parish Office, 13807 Poplar Tree Road, Chantilly, VA  20151.  Please make checks payable to St. Timothy Church (memo: VBS).    If you would like additional t-shirts for children not attending VBS, add $5 per shirt to your fee and email sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com the quantity and size of shirt(s).  

3. Consent and Waiver:

First Download and then Sign and return VBS Consent and Liability Waiver Form (below) for all campers, camp counselors and adult volunteers to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com.

EARLY BIRD Registration ends May 15.  Payments after May 15 will require an additional $10 fee per family.   

Registration closes May 31.  Sorry, no registration after this date as all supplies need to be ordered.

No refunds will be made after June 15.
