Registration

Registration is a three-part process:

Register: 

Camper (age 4 by August 1 – 6th grade)

Camp Counselor (7th grade -12th grade)

Adult Volunteer Age 19 and older (must be Diocesan Virtus Compliant).

 Payment:

Determine your family’s registration fee (see side-bar), then Pay On-line Registration Fee for all Participants/Camp Counselors under age 18 OR Pay by check/cash/money order: St. Timothy Parish Office, 13807 Poplar Tree Road, Chantilly, VA  20151.  Please make checks payable to St. Timothy Church (memo: VBS).    If you would like additional t-shirts for children not attending VBS, add $5 per shirt to your fee and email sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com the quantity and size of shirt(s).  

Consent and Waiver.

DOWNLOAD, THEN SIGN AND RETURN VBS Consent and Liability Waiver Form for all Children/Adult Participants to sttimchantillyvbs@gmail.com.

EARLY BIRD Registration ends May 31.  After June 1, there will be an additional $10 fee per family.   Final Registration closes May June 8.  No refunds will be made after May 31.
